This is a great hotel that is clean and comfortable. The gentleman who checked me in was very accommodating as I had booked the incorrect date in error and he promptly corrected with no issue. He was very polite and personable. I loved the extra towels provided which were fluffy and large. Comfortable bed and quiet room. Breakfast was fantastic. A nice touch is the chilled lemon infused water in the lobby. Add cookies please ha ha seriously I loved this hotel.

This was the second time my husband I stayed at this hotel. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring everything that Tallahassee has to offer. It was conveniently situated near popular attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The room itself was spacious and clean, and bed was extremely comfortable. The swimming pool area was also well-maintained and provided a refreshing retreat from the Florida heat.

I was here evacuating from hurricane Ian. Had to make reservation day of. Front desk worker waived my pet fee at check in. Same worker was at the desk when I went to check out a day earlier than my booking. He completely refunded my final night and was very kind the entire time. Was very appreciated during a stressful time.

The best part was the location. We were close to everything we needed from restaurants to stores to FSU, which was why we were there. It was perfect. The hotel was clean, smelled nice, and was comfortable for the money.
